Payment
Please indicate your name and the payment reference number 012 on all money transfers.

The symposium secretariat will not be responsible for identifying funds transferred directly into the account when the name of the participant or invoice number is not mentioned, nor will the symposium secretariat accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer.

Payment should be made in advance by one of the following methods:

  • American Express, Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard may be used for all charges. Please indicate card number, cvv code and expiry date on the on line registration form.

To meet with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and to further enhance the security of your credit card transaction when making your online booking you will be directed to a secure payment gateway hosted solution via DIBS (payment gateway).

As from 3 weeks before the symposium we only accept credit card as payment.

Registrations, hotel reservations and events will be confirmed when Congrex has received payment.

Admission to the symposium is granted only if Congrex has received the registration fee. Delegates, who have made late payments, should bring a proof of payment to the symposium. Failure to produce this on request gives Congrex the right to charge the amount to your credit card.

Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 10 May 2010 up to which date the total amount will be refunded less SEK 500 for cancellation fee. For cancellations made after 10 May 2010 we regret that no refunds can be made.

Cancellation of Social Events
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex. We appreciate if cancellations can be made before 10 June, 2010.
