Hotel reservations can be made on-line at this web site. The Scandic Norra Bantorget and Hotel Tegnerlunden is situated within walking distance from the congress venue. Clarion Hotel Tapto is situated near a green area a few minutes by public transportation from the congress venue. All hotel rooms have private bath with shower or bath tub, telephone, television, pay-TV and breakfast facilities. All hotels allow animals.

Scandic Norra Bantorget****

The hotel has smart and well-equipped rooms of various sizes. In the hotel's restaurant, lounge and bar you can enjoy a good meal in a modern and intimate setting. In the summer, you can enjoy our lovely terrace. Within walking distance to the congress venue.

Hotel Tegnerlunden***

Only a block away from Stockholm's busiest shopping street. You will appreciate the welcoming and cosy atmosphere and in the morning you can enjoy our tasty breakfast buffet on the sixth floor, from where you can admire Stockholm from above to the scent of freshly brewed coffee.

Clarion Hotel Tapto***

Clarion Collection Hotel Tapto is a personal and cosy hotel with high standard and an individual touch in central Stockholm, near the Stockholm Olympic Stadium. Shopping, restaurants and pleasure can be found within walking distance. The hotel is located two subway stops from the Central Station. The hotel allows animals and is situated near a green area.

The room rates below are in SEK per room, per night, including full breakfast buffet, tax and service. Please note that the hotel bill will be settled in Swedish Crowns (SEK) directly to Congrex.

Hotel accommodation will be reserved but not confirmed until Congrex has received your hotel payment.

Congrex reserves the right to book another hotel category if the desired accommodation should be fully booked.

To secure your reservation please make sure to settle the hotel payment in connection with the registration fee. Rooms will be guaranteed until the 5th May 2010. After this deadline accommodation and rates will be confirmed according to availability.

The hotel reserves the right to charge you for all nights reserved and confirmed on the registration form if you should you check out before confirmed departure date or in case of no-show.

All reservations are handled by Congrex. Possible changes of your hotel reservation as well as cancellation must be made in writing to Congrex. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

If you would like to share room with someone, please indicate this when you register and book your hotel.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation of Hotel Reservation
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex. Cancellation of any hotel reservation will be accepted until 10  May 2010, up to which date the hotel payment will be refunded less a cancellation fee of SEK 500. We regret that the hotel payment cannot be refunded after 10  May 2010.
