- It is mandatory to leave your footwear outside your house as there are odds of you bringing the pollen from outside
- It’s not enough if you wash only your car, it’s better to use a vacuum cleaner and clean the interiors too
- Milk and dairy products should be cut down
- Sugar stifles your immune system so as far as possible try reducing the intake of sugar
